Hi all, in this post I am going to talk about a garment piece which is known to us as Peasant Dress.
I know many of us are very much aware of this beautiful and chic style which will directly tap into our inner boheme with ethnic prints and chunky jewellery.
This dress was evolved when it was worn extensively by both peasant and free class women during the 12th and 13th centuries. This dress is from medieval clothing, medieval clothes provides statistics about the status of that person.This was very basic and practical dress, fastened at the waist by simple girdle and was quiet shapeless(not like contemporary peasant dress with a little twists).
But these days this boho style dress enhances the fashion point with the printed borders, flawy bell-sleeves and slim ties at the neck which is pretty gorgeous!
