Hi peeps today's post is all about taming your tresses and combating the bad hair days, yes all of us do have bad hair days! So by trying on very simple and easy home solutions we can easily cure this especially in monsoon season. Hair are crown of our personality, so if not always; sometime we can do the thing or the other to tame these beautiful locks accordingly and give time to them. So these small tweaks which I am going to share with you, will give you an edge over bad hair dos; if you install it into your regimen.



Most of us have a curly texture, even my hair texture is the same, so it is very likely for all of us to fight the frizz almost on a daily basis. Especially when we  have thick manes. As these hair types are more prone to dehydration! Yes our hair also dehydrate. Frizz occurs when hair cuticles are raised to allow moisture to pass through and this swells the strands. Change in extreme temperature like here in my country( India) can also lead to frizz. So let's look upon the best possible remedies we can work out at home.

Here are these:


CARBONATED WATER



When you wash you hair with a shampoo; do rinse your hair with carbonated water like club soda, soda water or sparkling water. As it has low pH level to calm down the frizz. To see results use it regularly.


APPLE CIDER VINEGAR



It is acidic in nature and add shine and lustre to your mane. After shampoo dilute apple cider vinegar with water to reduce its acidity and use the mixture to hair. Do this twice a month.


AVOCADO AND BANANA



Avocado contains Vitamin-E and banana is rich in Potassium, biotin fibre and folate that help lock in moisture, making it a good conditioner. Mash avocado and banana together and apply the mask on your hair. Leave it on 20 min before rinsing. You can also add an egg to the mix for added nourishment.


COCONUT MILK



Coconut is known to have an ample of proteins that nourish hair. Warm two tablespoon of coconut milk in a pan do not overheat. Apply it on your hair and cover it with warm towel or a shower cap. Leave it on overnight and wash in the morning with a mild shampoo and conditioner.


Frizzy hair will not disappear magically overnight. It is important to take special care everyday to maintain smooth and manageable hair.
